The Role
A warm, energetic and highly experienced nanny is required to care for a 21 month old child within a fully staffed and security supported household. The family also have older twin siblings aged five who are cared for by two Rota Nannies.
The child is in an excellent routine and sleeps through the night. The nanny will monitor overnight using a baby monitor. Frequent wake ups are not expected, however the nanny should be confident monitoring and responding appropriately if needed as the child grows.
She is a happy and easy toddler who is entering the toddler stage and responds well to clear boundaries and positive reinforcement. She is chatty, confident and enjoys interaction. The household environment is relaxed and supportive.
You will be part of a rota nanny team and will have support from the other nannies. There may be occasions where you assist with the twins. The parents are warm, involved and very generous, and are looking for someone who is genuinely loving and enjoys working with children. The nanny will feel valued and supported in this role.
This is a 28 days on and 28 days off rotation. The family are seeking a minimum two year commitment.
The family would like to fly a suitable candidate out for a trial as soon as possible. The trial will last approximately 7 to 10 days to ensure the right fit. Interviews will be conducted with the current Rota Nanny, who has been with the family for three years and speaks very highly of them.
