- Schedule: Part-time | Flexible around school commitments
- Salary: £150,000+ gross per annum

The Role
An international family is seeking an exceptional AI Mentor for their highly intelligent 12-year-old son, who attends boarding school in Oxford.
The boy has a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, technology, computer science, game development and entrepreneurship. The central focus of the role will be introducing him to modern AI technologies in a clear and engaging way, and teaching him how to use these tools to turn his own ideas into real projects and products.
Working around his boarding-school commitments, the mentor will create a structured learning programme combining practical assignments with project-based learning. They will introduce relevant AI tools and technologies, explain how Artificial Intelligence works and what it can be used for, and help the boy apply this knowledge in practice.
The aim is to develop his understanding of AI while encouraging creativity, independence and an entrepreneurial mindset. The mentor will help him develop personal projects with clear, tangible results, while introducing the fundamentals of product development, marketing, target audiences and competitor analysis.
For more complex projects, the family is prepared to involve a separate team of developers. The mentor will therefore also teach the boy how to work effectively with a technical team, including how to create briefs, set tasks, communicate ideas, monitor progress and manage a project through to completion.
The family has an established technology background and is involved in developing AI-driven platforms. This is therefore an exceptional opportunity for someone passionate about AI, innovation and mentoring gifted young people.
